Aliens M577 APC

The M577 APC from the movie Aliens.

This was my second digital sculpt, made with MAYA 2016.

I reworked this to remove some tris and ngons I found.

A number of parts are made separate since they would be separate parts for the model kit.

A lot of the APCs I see are made using the Colonial Marines Technical Manual, but there are significant differences between their drawings and the "real life" working APC built for the film. This model was based off the real, working vehicle.

Since I'm taking a Materials & Textures class I'll probably use this for one of the assignments and finish it up.
